The International Business Mission Program consists of one and one half to two days of appointments tailor-made to fit each company's specifications. AmCham’s experienced bi-lingual staff coordinates closely with your organization and directly with the participating companies in order to provide each participant with the best possible agenda for building successful business relations in Costa Rica.
The International Mission Program starts with a breakfast briefing on Costa Rica’s business and investment climate with a representative from the US Commercial Service as well as experts on the legal aspects to doing business in Costa Rica. In most cases the briefing takes place at the mission-site hotel.
The International Business Mission Program consists of one and one half to two days of appointments tailor-made to fit each company's specifications. The fee for AmCham’s International Business Mission Program is $475 per company. The fee covers market research, match making appointments and overall coordination but not cover expenses related to the following items:
• Hotel accommodations
• Transportation costs (airport, on-site appointments, etc.)
• Translation services
• Meals, coffee breaks
• Breakfast briefing
• Publicity and media coverage
• Facilities and audiovisual equipment
• Catering & networking reception
• Cultural/tourist excursions
