Mr. Montoya is the Beer SBU Director for Florida Bebidas a subsidiary of Florida Ice & Farm Co.. In his professional experience, Mr. Montoya has worked 15 years in the beverage industry of Central America through his current position in FB and his previous work in Coca-Cola Interamerican Corp. Additionally, he has worked 6 years in real estate when he was General Manager for Century 21 Central America and Florida Inmobiliaria, also a subsidiary of Florida Ice & Farm Co..
Mr. Montoya participates in various Boards of Directors both with entrepreneurial organizations and private entities, like Stewart Title Latin America, Century 21 Central America, Sotheby’s Mexico and Envases del Istmo. He just joined the AMCHAM Board of Directors.
Mr. Montoya has an MBA in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business, an MA in International Business from University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Costa Rica.
