ULACIT is now an authorized IATA training center
The University of Science and Technology (ULACIT) recently signed an alliance with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). We are now the only center authorized by the IATA to provide training throughout the region in regards to the aviation sector.
IATA is an international trade body that was created more than 60 years ago with a mission to represent, lead, and serve the airline industry. Today, IATA represents 240 airlines and handles 84 percent of the total air traffic.
ULACIT will be teaching courses in travel, tourism, cargo and dangerous goods regulations. The classes will be taught at Plaza Tempo in Escazu.
